On 9 March 2017, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MERRIJIGS INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 9 March 2017.
