Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), set apart for use in connection with a road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated—Mark Ford Drive, Island Road, Ascot Road and Oruarangi Road, Mangere, Auckland
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Auckland Council; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped, and, pursuant to section 120(3):
i. The area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA94A/54;
ii. The area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 440406; and
iii. The area described in the Fourth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA94A/53
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
