Corrigendum—Notice of the Final Determinations on Assigning Official Antarctic Geographic Names

In the notice titled "Notice of the Final Determinations on Assigning Official Antarctic Geographic Names" and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 April 2013, No. 46, page 1412:

In the third column for Yamato Yukihara, replace the description with: "80°05′S Latitude, 156°37′W Longitude. The historic camp site of the final destination of the Japanese Antarctic Expedition, 1911–12. Topographic map NZ Infomap 135 Ross Sea Regions. New name for an historic site not named."

Land Acquired for Drainage Purposes—Rotokauri Road, Hamilton City

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for drainage purposes, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
