New Zealand Transport Agency (Speed Limits on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2017/13
Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989 and the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.
Bylaw

Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as the New Zealand Transport Agency (Speed Limits on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2017/13 and will come into force on and from 22 June 2017.

Amendment—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Speed Limits on State Highways) Bylaw 2010/10* is hereby amended by:

Inserting line 64 in Schedule 1 to read:
"Line No.: 64
Region: 2
SH No.: 1
Locality: Warkworth
Section of State Highway: From 285m south of Perry Road to 715m south of Perry Road.
Speed Limit (km/h): See Schedule 2

Inserting line 1008A in Schedule 1 to read:
"Line No.: 1008A

Locality: Moeraki
Section of State Highway: From 170m north of the intersection of State Highway 1 and Moeraki Boulders Road to 170m south of the intersection of State Highway 1 and Moeraki Boulders Road.
