Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of FUB LIMITED (in liquidation) is to be held at the offices of Chris Horton Associates, Level 10, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, on 26 June 2017 at 10.00am for the purpose of:
- confirming the appointment of the liquidator; and
- to consider the appointment of a creditors’ committee.
Voting papers are available from the offices of the liquidator, and must be completed and returned to the liquidator no later than 21 June 2017.
