Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency, and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 12 June 2017 at 9.30am, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 14 July 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Sections 8 and 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, was, on 31 May 2017, appointed as receiver and manager of the property of the above-named entities, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 3 November 2016 which property consists of all of the debtor’s present and after-acquired property.
Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that as from 1 June 2017, Thomas Lee Rodewald has ceased to act as receiver and manager of the above-named entities.
