On 6 June 2017 at 9.58am, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the above-named company be liquidated and Lloyd James Hayward and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
