Notice is hereby given that, at the watershed meeting on 31 May 2017 at 4.00pm, the creditors resolved that the company be placed into liquidation with Paul Vlasic and Andrew Barnden of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company in accordance with section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 12 July 2017 as the date on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
