Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 41(1) of the State Sector Act 1988, section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 November 2016, I hereby give notice that Thomas Hamilton Forster, Policy Manager, Aviation and Security, Ministry of Transport, has varied the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Hong Kong Airlines Limited to include operating and code-share capacity as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport, and open intermediate and beyond points (excluding mainland China and Taiwan), with limitations on the traffic which may be carried.

The variation took effect on 9 June 2017.

Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Haumoana School (2571) Board of Trustees

Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Haumoana School (2571) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 December 2016, Issue No. 121, Notice No. 2016-go7289).

This notice takes effect the day of publication.

Notification of Additions to the Generally Recognised as Safe List (Notice No. MPI 770)

Pursuant to section 8B(5) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“Act”), substances generally recognised as safe and exempt from registration under Part 2 of the Act have been added to the Generally Recognised as Safe List (“List”).

A copy of the List may be inspected free of charge at or purchased from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, (PO Box 2526), Wellington.
