Notification of Commerce Commission’s Amendments to the Information Disclosure Determinations for Gas Distribution Services and Gas Transmission Services
Pursuant to section 52Q of the Commerce Act 1986 ("Act"), the Commerce Commission ("Commission") gives notice that it has amended the information disclosure requirements applicable to gas distribution services and gas transmission services under Part 4 of the Act.
The amended information disclosure determinations are:
• Gas Distribution Information Disclosure Determination [2012] NZCC 23
• Gas Transmission Information Disclosure Determination [2012] NZCC 24.
The amendments are set out in the following determinations:
• Gas Distribution Information Disclosure Amendments Determination (No.1) [2017] NZCC 11
• Gas Transmission Information Disclosure Amendments Determination (No.1) [2017] NZCC 12.
The amendments come into effect on the date of this notice.
The scope of the amendments cover changes to include disclosure year dates applicable to First Gas.
Copies of the amendment determinations and the companion paper are available on the Commission’s website at:
