Variation of Port of New Taranaki as Operated by Port of Taranaki Limited of the Approval as a Place of First Arrival (Notice No. MPI 752)
Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval to receive all types of craft and cargo, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 December 2005, No. 210, page 5364, of Port of Taranaki (located in the New Plymouth Harbour and operated by Port of Taranaki Limited (CN:406110)) as a place of first arrival. Port of Taranaki is approved as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft types:
- Bulk Cargo, General Cargo, Naval/Military, Passenger, Tankers and Other (Dredge, Fishing and Project)
That is able to discharge the following cargo types:
- Bulk Cargo, Bulk Liquids, Containers, General Cargo, Passengers (including Crew and Baggage), Vehicles and Machinery
A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.

Approval of Queenstown Airport as a Place of First Arrival (Notice No. MPI 751)
Under section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, being satisfied that the provisions of section 37(1) of the Act are being met, I approve Queenstown Airport*, located at Sir Henry Wigley Drive, Queenstown and operated by Queenstown Airport Corporation Limited (CN:378001), as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft:
- Commercial, Charter and Private Aircraft (not exceeding 190 passengers and crew)
That is able to discharge the following cargo types:
- Passengers, Crew and Baggage
A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.
