Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 31 May 2017 at 6.00pm.
The liquidators fix 13 July 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

The above-named incorporated society was placed into liquidation by special resolution on 11 May 2017 at 4.40pm.
James Gregory Eden and Phillip Craig Macey, chartered accountants of New Plymouth, were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 24 of the Act.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 30 June 2017 as the day on or before which creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
