Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Christine Jane Johnston and Craig William Melhuish, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by special shareholders’ resolution on 29 May 2017 at 1.22pm.
The liquidators fix 29 June 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

On 24 May 2017, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Act, that TELECHECK PAYMENT SYSTEMS LIMITED be liquidated and that William Black and Conor McElhinney, accredited insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 24 May 2017 at 11.00am.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
