Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholder under section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 22 May 2017 at 1.50pm.
