Vesting of Reserve in Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga—Government Buildings Historic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Deputy Director-General Operations, Department of Conservation, vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga, subject to the public right of way created by section 41(2) of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act 1914. This notice is to take effect on 30 June 2017.
