Road Realignment—Waipuna Road, Waerenga, Waikato District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council;
b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
i. the area described in the Second Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 415550;
ii. the area described in the Third Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 415551, subject to Mortgage 10551093.2;
iii. the area described in the Fourth Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 415557, subject to Mortgage 10323616.4;
iv. the area described in the Fifth Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA38B/889, subject to Mortgage B590962.4;
v. the area described in the Sixth Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 415549;
vi. the area described in the Seventh Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 415555; and
vii. the area described in the Eighth Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 415556
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
