Corrigendum (Notice No. MPI 762)—Notice of Application to Register a Trade Name Product (Notice No. MPI 749)

The Ministry for Primary Industries hereby gives notice that an incorrect concentration for an active ingredient in Cardalis® Tablets for Small Dogs was quoted in the notice titled "Notice of Application to Register a Trade Name Product (Notice No. MPI 749)", published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 May 2017, Issue No. 47, Notice No. 2017-go2128.

In the original notice, the incorrect active ingredients and concentrations for small dogs read:

"Spironolactone 20mg and Benazepril hydrochloride 0.25mg per tablet".

This is replaced by:

"Spironolactone 20mg and Benazepril hydrochloride 2.5 mg per tablet".

Under section 13 of the Interpretation Act 1999, this notice corrects the original notice and is not intended to affect the status of the remainder of the notice.
