Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies,
pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of RADUM PTY. LTD. from the New Zealand
Overseas Register on the grounds that this company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the
Registrar by the 28 August 2017 (being a date not less than three months from the date of this notice), the
Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of MANTHEY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on
20 October 2014):

The sum of $11,931.82 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of MANTHEY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED. Public Trust
proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to MANTHEY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED,
subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 22 June 2017.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 31446,
Lower Hutt (attention: Hayley Furneaux) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.
