Henry David Levin and Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries, insolvency specialists, were appointed liquidators jointly and
severally of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland on 17 May 2017 at 3.30pm.

The liquidators have fixed 22 June 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority
their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of
that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
