Notice of Termination of Receivership
Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 2, The Bupa Centre, 5–7 Kingdon Street Newmarket, Auckland, was, on 17 July 2014, appointed to be receiver and manager of all of the property of THE COUNTRY CHANNEL LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated 28 November 2008.
That appointment ceased with effect from 10 May 2017 at 12.00pm, the receiver having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidator.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Property
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 12 May 2017 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Althea Jane MacLean under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 4 September 2015 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property and all personal property of Althea Jane MacLean, including that in which she has rights, whether now or in the future, except for any goods that are used or acquired for use solely for personal, domestic or household purposes.
