Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, Waikato, revokes the reservation as a local purpose (drainage) reserve over the land described in the Schedule, and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Hamilton City Council in such manner and on terms and conditions as the Council determines.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
