Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Koitiata, Rangitikei District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN40D/278, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN35A/377, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN27B/82, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN27B/842, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991; and

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN27B/843, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Mortgage B253336.2 and Joint Family Homes Certificate 8597938.1
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
