Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service

Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 May 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Mariana Oosthuizen in respect of PORSE Hawke's Bay S1 (55396), situated at 31 Napier Road, Havelock North.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

33 Hato Petera College

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 12 May 2017.
