Consultation will commence on 18 May 2017.

The consultation document and online submission form will be available on the website www.maritimenz.govt.nz/consultation.

Submissions must be made online, by email, or by post by 22 June 2017.

Amendment to Register of Political Parties and Logos

Pursuant to Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission determined on 9 May 2017 to register a party logo for The Opportunities Party (TOP), a registered political party.

The registered party logo can be viewed at www.elections.org.nz.

Notification of Commerce Commission’s Amendment to Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination 2015

On 11 May 2017, pursuant to section 52Q of the Commerce Act 1986, the Commerce Commission amended the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination 2015 to allow an additional window for Non-exempt Electricity Distribution Businesses to submit a proposal for a customised price-quality path to the Commerce Commission during the period beginning on 1 June 2017 and ending 12 June 2017.
