Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that this limited partnership does not comply with section 8(4) of the Act.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of the above-named limited
partnership is delivered to the Registrar by 16 June 2017 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of
this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the limited partnership from the Register.
