Malcolm Hollis and Wendy Somerville, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the High Court at Greymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 May 2017 at 10.15am.
We fix 12 June 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.

Notice of Resignation and Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Tauranga, hereby give notice in terms of section 283(2) of the Act that we resigned as liquidators of the above-named company on 28 April 2017.
Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands, both certified practising accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company on 28 April 2017 at 11.10 am in accordance with section 283(2) of the Act.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidators intend to dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Should any creditor object to dispensing with the creditors’ meeting, they are required to notify the liquidators within 10 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators hereby fix 30 June 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
