Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by resolution of the shareholders on Thursday 27 April 2017 at 5.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator hereby fixes 1 June 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
