We fix 12 June 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Colin Owens, accredited insolvency practitioner, and David Vance, accredited insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the above-named company by the High Court at Christchurch on 4 May 2017 at 10.35am.
The liquidators have fixed 16 June 2017 is fixed as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
