Pursuant to Section 239AU(1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Baypark Arena, 81 Truman Lane, Tauranga, on Thursday 11 May 2017 at 11.30am.
Agenda
The purpose of the meeting is:
a. Consideration of the administrators’ report; and
b. for the creditors of the company to resolve either that:
i. the company execute a deed of company arrangement;
ii. the administration should be terminated; or
iii. the company be put into liquidation; and
c. any other business properly brought before the meeting.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), and in the matter of the above-named companies:
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 320 of the Act, that:
a. It is intended that the above-named companies be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
b. Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 9 June 2017.
