Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, hereby give notice that on 2 May 2017 they ceased to act as receivers and managers of all of the undertakings and property and assets of the company, pursuant to their appointment by the secured party.
The receivers appointed on 7 April 2017 continue in office.

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Rhys Cain and Rees Logan, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the company on 4 May 2017 pursuant to the provisions of a general security agreement dated 1 February 2016 giving the secured party a security interest in all the assets and undertakings of the company.

The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after-acquired property, including all personal property.
