Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Murray G. Allott, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ), has been appointed as liquidator of each company, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution.

The liquidations of the companies commenced on 4 May 2017 at 5.12pm.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.
