Kauri Flats School (595) Board of Trustees Election Notice
Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve Friday 15 December 2017 as election day in the first elections of parent representatives and staff representatives for Kauri Flats School (595) Board of Trustees. I also approve Tuesday 23 January 2018 as the date for the first meeting of the Board of Trustees.
This notice shall take effect the day after publication.

Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2017
Pursuant to sections 108 and 109 of the Social Workers Registration Act 2003, the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2017.
(2) This notice comes into force on 5 May 2017 and replaces the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 May 2016, Issue No. 40, Notice No. 2016-gs2543.
- Fees—The Social Workers Registration Board sets the following fees and disciplinary levies, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedules.
Schedule One
Tax—The fees are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

Schedule Two
Tax—The fees are exclusive of goods and services tax.
The fees set for the Recognition and Re-recognition of Social Work Programmes are as follows:
