Unless a person making a submission states to the contrary in the submission, that person will be deemed to give his/her consent to the release under the Official Information Act 1982 of all the information in the submission.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service

Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 November 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Graham Coulter in respect of Beach Kids Homebased Care (30133), situated at 76 Dillon Street, Waihi Beach.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
