Setting Land Apart as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of protecting Wahi Tapu, places of historical significance, soil protection against erosion, camping, cultural practices, kai gathering and a meeting place for owners and their descendants. The Māori reservation shall be held for the benefit of the beneficial owners and their descendants and will be known as the Te Unu Unu 2F2B Māori reservation.
