NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 45 — 27 APRIL 2017
Land Acquired for Water Supply Purposes and Easements Acquired—State Highway 2, Papamoa, Tauranga City
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water supply purposes and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council, subject to Compensation Certificates 7934318.1, 8090126.1, 8337996.1, 8409813.1, 8795029.1, 9205448.1 and 9205993.1;
- Pursuant to sections 20 and 28, declares that, pursuant to an agreement having been entered into, an easement in gross for a right to convey water subject to terms and conditions is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule, and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council (“Grantee”) on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
