Declaration That Conservation Area is Set Apart as a Reserve and Vested in the Thames–Coromandel District Council

Under the Conservation Act 1987 and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director Operations, Hauraki-Waikato-Taranaki Region, Department of Conservation, declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule below is set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a local purpose (utility) reserve and, under the Reserves Act 1977, vests the reserve in the Thames-Coromandel District Council.

Land Declared Road—State Highway 54, Kairanga Bunnythorpe Road, Newbury, Manawatu District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and to remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
