Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Under section 7(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the undersigned hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 23 March 2017, changes the classification of that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule to this notice to local purpose (recreation) reserve.
