John Fisk and David Bridgman, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the above-named entities on 3 April 2017 under the terms of security agreements dated 14 May 2013 and 29 May 2014.
The Properties in Receivership Are: All of the above-named entities’ undertakings, properties and assets.
