Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 3 April 2017 at 11.42am, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Kevin James Gillespie, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The undersigned do hereby fix 24 May 2017 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
