Amending a Notice—Land Acquired for River Control and Stormwater Purposes—Blenheim, Marlborough District
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 30 March 2017 acquiring land for river control and stormwater purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 April 2017, Issue No. 37, Notice No. 2017-ln1649, by deleting the recital and substituting the following:
"Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be acquired for river control and stormwater purposes subject to right to drain water easement created by Deed of Easement 20729 (DR 26/65) shown as "H" on SO 498088 and to vest in the Marlborough District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette."

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
