This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of BRIGHAM LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 9 August 2015):

The sum of $6,167.54 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of BRIGHAM LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to BRIGHAM LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 18 May 2017.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 31446, Lower Hutt (attention: Hayley Furneaux) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that TSB Bank Limited, as mortgagee pursuant to Mortgage 9886463.2 (Canterbury Land Registry), on Tuesday 4 April 2017, entered into and took possession of the property situated at 149 Palmers Road, Christchurch (Certificate Identifier CB29F/650 (Canterbury Land Registry)).

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way.

The applicant claims the right of way is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the right of way on 23 May 2017 if no objections have been received before that date.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision of DP 73565 and DP 367325.
