Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Vivan Fatupaito and Andrew Hawkes, of KPMG, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the
above-named company by the High Court at Palmerston North on 6 April 2017 at 10.23am.
On 10 April 2017, pursuant to section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993, they resigned with Colin Owens and
David Vance, of Deloitte, being jointly and severally appointed as replacement liquidators.
11 May 2017 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not
object to that distribution.

Steven Khov, Damien Grant and Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several
liquidators of FRONT2BACK LIMITED (in liquidation) on 11 April 2017 at 9.36am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 12 May 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their
debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be,
