Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 129(1) of the Electoral Act 1993, I, David Cunningham Carter, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that John Phillip Key has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives for the Helensville Electoral District with effect from 11.00pm on 14 April 2017, and that the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
