On 11 December 2016 at 3.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TE RAPA LOCAL LIMITED be liquidated and that David Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
