Acquisition of Land for City Infrastructure and Utilities—Fairview Downs, Hamilton
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for city infrastructure and utilities and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council; and
b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TN123/228 subject to Mortgage 10153323.1
