Amending a Notice—Physiotherapy Board (Fees) Notice 2017
Pursuant to section 132(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 October 2016, Issue No. 97, Notice No. 2016-gs6096, by replacing
"1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Physiotherapy (Fees) Notice 2017 and shall come into force on 1 April 2017."
with
"1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Physiotherapy (Fees) Notice 2017 and shall come into force on 1 April 2017. Accreditation fees shall come into force from 15 February 2017."
and adding
"Accreditation of new entry-level degree programme:
Expression of interest 8,050.00
New accreditation application 17,825.00
Final report (including site visit) 39,100.00"
at the end of the table.
