I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 19 June 2017.

Applicant: Rodney Nelson Jupp, at Tikorangi.
Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 1011m², more or less, being Lot 1 and 1035m², more or less, being Lot 2 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Taranaki Land District under LT 501968 being Section 29 Township of Tikorangi which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 7, Folio 594, such land being all the land granted to John McKenzie under Crown Grant 5382 on 30 October 1868 who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof, and being Section 35 Township of Tikorangi which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 7, Folio 616, such land being all the land granted to Thomas Bayly Penwarden under Crown Grant 6961 on 30 October 1868 who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
