Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 21 March 2017 at 12.00pm it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Hilton Joll, of Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.
The liquidator has fixed 8 May 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution.
