Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 2 May 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.

Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, on 24 March 2017 at 10.08am, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The undersigned does hereby fix 5 May 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
