Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of L.J. LEASING LIMITED by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act"), on 27 March 2017 at 10.25am.

We fix 29 May 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of HAMILLS BLENHEIM LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 25 March 2017 at 3.30pm, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ), as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.
